604 Lake Avenue was acquired in 2019 and underwent a complete gut renovation, transforming the property into a first-class restaurant space. JEL Development oversaw the entire buildout and management. The tenant bore most of the buildout costs, reflecting a strong commitment to the space and the caliber of the finished product. After several successful years of operation, the tenant ceased operations in 2025. The property was subsequently brought to market and sold in 2026.
