JEL Development acquired three sites at Five Franklin Place over the course of several years. This included the air rights from neighboring properties. JEL was able to navigate complex zoning, entitlement, and encumbrance issues to achieve the maximum height and square footage allowable. Once fully approved and entitled the project was sold.
